888y Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

Introduction § 1

Welcome to 888y. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 888y website, mobile platform and all associated services operated under the domain 888y.run. By registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion offered by 888y, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator and confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms are written in plain English so that every Pakistani player can understand exactly what they are agreeing to. If any section is unclear, please contact 888y customer support before proceeding. Proceeding with registration or play is taken as acceptance of all Terms written here and any supplementary rules published on the platform for specific games or promotions.

Eligibility § 2

To register and maintain an active account on 888y, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 888y does not permit access to individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are registering voluntarily and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or at another person's instruction.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing any geographical restriction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or direct family member of an 888y employee in a role related to platform operations, game development or customer services.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from 888y under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming policy.

Account Registration § 3

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 888y. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonus funds held within them.

When registering on 888y, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

• Your 888y account login credentials are personal to you. Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 888y support immediately via live chat.
• Account usernames must not impersonate other individuals, organisations or 888y staff.
• 888y reserves the right to refuse account registration or close existing accounts at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals § 4

All financial transactions on 888y — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your 888y balance. The amount you request to withdraw in PKR is the amount you receive.

The following payment methods are currently accepted by 888y:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 888y balance within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5 PM PKT.
• 888y does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder may be returned and the associated account placed under review.

Bonuses & Promotions § 5

888y offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates — which are published on the Promotions page and in the bonus details overlay within your account. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• The 888y welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. It cannot be claimed a second time by the same player under any circumstances, including re-registration.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. They must meet their stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real cash.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited. Your real money balance will remain intact.
• 888y reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will honour their original terms.
• If 888y determines that a player is exploiting bonus terms — through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or any coordinated strategy specifically designed to extract bonus value rather than play normally — those bonuses will be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: most 888y bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited if the wagering requirement is not met. The specific expiry for each bonus is shown in your account.

Game Rules & Fairness § 6

All games available on 888y — slots, live casino tables, poker, sports betting and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules published within each game's information panel. By playing any game on 888y, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All slot and RNG-based game outcomes on 888y are produced by certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness. The RTP for every slot title is published in the game information panel.
• Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studios using physical cards, dice or roulette wheels. All live sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
• 888y does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of RNG games once a spin or round is initiated.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — disconnection, display error or server fault — 888y will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or credit any demonstrable loss. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, stakes only will be returned. 888y is not liable for claimed winnings from rounds that cannot be verified.
• Sports betting: odds are set by 888y and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Bets accepted after an event has commenced will be settled based on the official result of the in-play event from the point the bet was confirmed.

Prohibited Activity § 7

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888y and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person, household or device.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with 888y games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping in poker — deliberately losing chips to another player to transfer funds between accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or display errors to gain credits or position that would not occur under normal game operation. Any such errors must be reported to 888y support immediately.
• Using the 888y platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or 888y's administrative systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward 888y staff or other players via any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure § 8

888y reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification when requested, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 888y customer support. Any real money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within five business days, provided all applicable conditions are met.
• Accounts suspended for Terms violations will be investigated before any balance is released. If a violation is confirmed, balances associated with the violating activity will be forfeited.
• Dormant accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as detailed in the account settings. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
• If your account has been closed under self-exclusion, 888y will not reopen it during the exclusion period under any circumstances, including direct player requests. This is a protective measure and cannot be overridden.

Responsible Gaming § 9

888y is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship or stress. To support this, 888y provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools that every account holder can access at any time from their account settings — without needing to contact support.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 888y account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and can be increased only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period you cannot deposit or play on 888y.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 888y. Once activated, this cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months regardless of player requests. All remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

Privacy & Data § 10

888y collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 888y.run/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• 888y uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, deliver customer support, comply with legal obligations and — where you have opted in — send you relevant promotional communications.
• Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services and fraud detection providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform.
• All data is stored with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. 888y's security infrastructure is reviewed regularly to maintain protection against unauthorised access.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by 888y, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting 888y support.

Intellectual Property § 11

All content on the 888y platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of 888y or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in 888y's intellectual property.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any 888y content without prior written permission.
• 888y's brand name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without explicit written authorisation.
• Game software and content provided by third-party studios on the 888y platform remains the property of those studios and is governed by their respective licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability § 12

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888y's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your 888y account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 888y is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.
• 888y is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or third-party service failures (including Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank systems) that affect your ability to access the platform or complete transactions.
• 888y does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. 888y will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Amendments to These Terms § 13

888y reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 888y will provide notice by posting a prominent notification on the platform homepage or by sending an in-platform message to registered account holders. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 888y after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact 888y support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

• Minor changes — such as corrections to grammar, punctuation or formatting that do not affect the substance of the Terms — may be made without formal notice.
• Significant changes that materially affect player rights will be notified with a minimum of 14 days' notice before they take effect.
